Josefina is a film and theatre director based in Miami, from Buenos Aires. She grew up as an actress formed mainly in theatre. She has a degree in Filmmaking from UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires) She has directed commercials for Mercado Libre, Despegar, Epson, UHC, Garnier, Costa Peru, Changan, in between others. Directed interviews for Vanity Fair and Meta and several music videos with recognized music artists. Also directed WhatsApps’s comedy show “Asi lo decimos”. Her documentary film "Cuando la primavera se escapa, se libera del sueño" was in the Oficial Competition of BAFICI and won the Editing Prize. She directed "Madres" the Argentinian version of "Motherhood. the Musical" in Buenos Aires which won Best Musical Theatre at Premios Estrella de Mar 2022.

In Miami she founded Simbios Art Corp and Women in Theatre to develop theatre in South Florida. She won a Residency at Koubek Center to develop her project Newen Theatre; Directed “Así de simple” and “Nunca te fíes de una mujer despechada” in Miami, with several grants awarded.
